My friend told me that I should be drinking diet green tea everyday to loss some weight, which is I do, but I feel that I gained a lot of weight for 5 weeks of my vacation here and I am thinking to buy the best weight loss pill for the supplement of my diet and do some exercise because I'm gonna be having hard time to loss the weight that I gained here if I don't do anything.

I have been here in the Philippines for 5 weeks and I gained a lot of weight compared the first time I got here. I don't know what to do because I eat a lot of food that I missed back in U.S. My friend advice me that I should take ephedra for the supplement of my diet, but I need to do some exercise everyday like walking. I am very lazy to do some walking because I am not comfortable to get out the door early in the morning without anybody with me. It's just the feeling that I don't feel safe walking alone.

Hubby said, that he will be getting cad drawing for some parts that he can use in catalog. He apply a job that related in his skill that he enjoy that most and cad drawing is one of the work that he will do on his new job. I am happy inspite of the economy my husband still doing different thing to earned extra income with the help of his brother. The last couple days he was working at his brother's house. I know his busy because he has other things to do at home, but his priority now is to earned extra income rather than seating aroung the house doing nothing.

Hubby has a lesson last week with a golf pro and he use a golf training aid and said, that the golf aid are wonderful and they cut the training in half. People are able the proper form much quicker. Once you get the proper form and continue to practice it muscle memory then takes over. Your score may go up and down at first, but it'll get much better if once you have the proper form.

Moving Furniture

My son and I will be going home to the Philippines very soon and dear hubby want to do work around the house specially in the kitchen. I'm helping him to move our kitchen island furniture in our living room, so he can work freely without interruption. He will be working in the kitchen sink to replace the counter sink and the sink means he needs a lot of space to put the stuffs in the kitchen. I am sure his gonna be very busy when we left because he had a lot of stuff to work on around the house if he doesn't come with us to the Philippines.

I have been wanted to loss weight at least 10lbs since last winter because last year I loss 10lbs the whole winter, now instead losing weight I ending up gaining 5lbs. I've been trying hard to do some walking with my goodfriend at least 3 times a week, but during the time we are doing exercise is also we don't watch the intake of carbohydrate. Now, I need to watch my diet and maybe I will buy the best appetite suppressantsupplement and try for at least a month if it's really help me to loss weight. I am glad that I have a friends that helping me to motivate to walk every other day inspite of our busiest scheduled. Few months ago I have tell them that I need to lost at least 10-15lbs because I don't want to look big, but because I've been sick mostly every month or every other month and I am taking for bronchail asthma that also can gain weight. I am glad that I didn't get sick this month and I just wish that with walking is helping me to get some exercise and stay heathy. I still didn't loss weight instead I gained another 3lbs. Pollen Allergy

Since the trees starting to grow the leaves. I'm having pollen allergy for two weeks now and this morning I wake up had ear ache and stuffy nose. Glad my husband is home to get my son ready for school and his just feel better as well with the same cold I have 3 weeks ago started from sorethroat now his still coughing, but he goes to his doctor last wednesday to have check. Glad his feeling a lot better now and he went to school today, but went home early because he had personal call from people. Anyway, I still have this allergy and claritin tablet only work a little, but benadry tablet is help a lot and I have to sleep when I took the benadryl. I try not to take during the day so I can work around the house. As you know I am not active in EC dropping in all my blogs so pardon me if I didn't return my dropping, but I will drop this blog once in a while when I'm not busy. My summer long vacation to the Philippines is coming up very soon and that's one thing also why I am busy trying to get a lot of stuff done before I take off with my son. I am hoping my husband will be following us later.

Well, I never try any, but I do have diet pill in the drawer and I didn't take because I am scared of the side effect and I bought the pills for $30 for 10 days diet pills in the herb chinese store because my friend taking diet pills for 3 months and she really do loss a lot of pounds. I have been gaining weight for a months now and I don't know what happened it might be because I've been eating rice everyday at least twice a day. I need to decrease eating rice, bread and pasta because that what I think why I gaining weight.

Life is Precious

I came here in U. S since June 1998 and back then I am very healthy and I don't get sick often even my both husband and son is sick and I am always be there caretaker when they're sick. Now when one of them is sick, I catch easily their cold and the hard part for me is. I end up really sick because I had to take inhaler, cough syrup and antibiotic every time I am sick. I think I've been sick most of the winter like every month. I had a check up from my primary care doctor yesterday and again she prescribed me my meds because I need it. I ask her why I am always sick every month or every other month and she said, because my immune system is wake and I need to take vitamins and do some exercise. She said, life is precious you need to take good care of yourself and don't get to stress out, if you do you have to do some walking which I am doing since the other day. The weather is very nice after I drop off my son to school today, I went straight to the beach to take a walk, but it's only 30 minutes. Anyway, I don't have life insurance and still thinking to get my own since there's a company has a lowest life insurance rates. Life insurance is very important when you have kid and family because you don't know how long you gonna lived on earth, it is better to be ready than left our family nothing.

Bringing kiddie pool to the Philippines

Since we are going home to the Philippines in the summer. I am thinking to send home the kiddie pool in the big box and ship home because it took 6-8 weeks to arrived there, but I am also thinking to buy pool toys. I know it's too hot in our country and my son and his cousins would love to play in the water everyday, but I am not so sure if I can buy tomorrow because my balikbayan boxes will ship home on Tuesday of next week and I need to go shopping tomorrow. My friend just came back from 3 weeks vacation and she told me about how many pounds that we could bring luggage with us on the plane and she said, it's only 50lbs per person, but I will have to make sure and call the airlines.

Spring Break

Spring break is coming up and my son will have school spring break next week and we don't know where are we going to take him during the time. He ask his dad is we can go to Legoland in California that would be a great spring break vacation for him and because hubby and I wanted to go to last vegas for a long time, we are thinking to stay one night there, but I had to find our how much the cost of their room Vegas hotels. We will surely have a lot of fun going their as well as my son in legoland California. We will see if we can afford this 3 days vacation.

Manicure Pedicure

Since my dh and son is home today, I decide to use the gift certificate that my dh give to me on christmas day. The place is new to me and I have never been in that place and my first impression of the Fancy Salon thought that they're very good on cleaning nails because it says they're professional. The lady starting to do my food nails cleaning and to my surprised it was very quick and not even use the brush and remove the cuticles of my foot nails. I end up complaining and asking her to do is again. I was upset because she didn't do a very good job and I just let her finish and would never go back again in the place. It supposed to by my relaxing day because of that, but I'm stress out. I tell my dh not to buy any gift certificate again because I don't like the place. I don't mind paying extra as long as I am happy and worth it. Well, I better search the company for car lifts to ask for the quote.

Getaway Weekend

Have you thought of going away this coming weekend. My family and I are supposed to go to see the cherry blossom festival in Washington DC, but since the economy crisis aren't doing well. We can't afford to spend more money on tickets to visit all the museum. We have need plan and so we can get the ticket for sale. My friend said, the cherry blossom festival in Washington Dc will end within two weeks. I wish to just go ahead and drove there, but we don't have place to stay and we need all the hotel reservation plus our tickets. I think we better cancel our plan and hopefully we can go to see the cherry blossom festival next spring.

PCA -Caregiver

We know our economy in every part of the world are having a hard time and every week and days will always has people got laid off from their job. People is having a hard time finding job and the only job that you can apply even you don't have the qualification is personal care assistant or caregiver because this is still be available 24 hours a day of working. I have 4 friends has been working this kind of work and they're encouraging me to apply in the agency closer where I live, but since I am going home I can work for the next 4 months because I will be in the Philippines in 3 months. When I came back I apply the job as a personal care assistant, but I need to learned how they put the adult diapers and I want to be in trained this kind of job and I am sure the agency will trained me. Nowadays we can't be picky of choosing work because there's nobody hiring.

Spring Break Vacation

Spring break will be here very soon and I remember last year that we went for Disney Cruise and Disney World. That is the best expensive vacation we had last year. It was great and a lot of fun, but this year we are not sure if we are going for spring break vacation since my son and I will be going home to the Philippines in the summer, but I think we will do something even for just 2 days. Since we are a member of the choice hotels and haven't stay in Economy Lodge Hotels. We join the Econo Lodge American values contest hoping we win something.

Powder Foundation

I have been using my powder foundation for a while, but I notice the differences between liquid and powder is a lot different because my skin will dry out on powder than liquid and I can tell the my powder foundation isn't the right colour of my skin which is I stop using for 3 months now. I am using motives liquid foundation and I like it better. I have to make appointment for my consultant for marykay to have me come in for makeover.

Mesothelioma

I talked to my relatives in manila yesterday because I want to know if they could pick up us at the airport in June, but instead he told me that he is sick since last month and he has this kind of illness Mesothelioma and I ask him why and he can't tell me. He is asking for help so he can go for medical treatment, but I explained to him that I could only help a little amount because I am going home and I have family that need my help that I couldn't even help them all because I am not working. I tell him that he needs to ask help from our other relatives because I can't do it. I feel bad but what I can do. I hope he feel better soon.
